Hey there! We are BarreWell. We are longtime dancers turned fitness instructors that incorporate elements of dance into all of our workouts whether it be Barre, Yoga, TRX, Rebounding or HIIT.
We often found typical workouts to be somewhat of a drag and left us staring at the clock wishing that we were already at happy hour. As busy working moms, we have no time to waste on another snoozy workout. This motivated us to put together short, creative and effective exercises that make the time fly by all while keeping our muscles challenged.
Instead of just sharing this method with our in studio clients we are here to help encourage you through your fitness journey.
